Good news for "Undead Unluck" fans! The October 2023 to March 2024 TV anime has announced a brand-new one-hour special. It was announced on the day Andy first met Izumo Fuko in the show that this special episode is produced and scheduled to be released in winter 2025. With that, a super teaser visual and PV come. This is an event which shouldn't be missed out on!

"Undead Unluck" is a girl, Fuko, who has the curse of "unluck," spreading misfortune to any person she touches, and her struggles to find the ultimate death with Andy, an "undead" who cannot die. The original manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump published by Shueisha, and the anime aired over two consecutive quarters starting October 2023.

The details of this important announcement were kept a complete secret from me until I started writing this comment. To be honest, I was really looking forward to it, and I’m so happy now! As both a fan of the original work and a voice actor, I’m thrilled to watch "Undead Unluck" in anime form again and to play Fuko-chan. I’ll continue to do my best to keep up with Fuko-chan and the others, who have overcome the Autumn Arc and grown even stronger!

All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shojo manga. Unfortunately, her Unluck ability makes that impossible. But just as Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy sweeps her off her feet—literally! Now she's become Andy's unwilling test subject as he works to find a way to trigger a stroke of Unluck big enough to kill him for good. However, burial plans for Andy have to be put on hold after the pair discovers that a secret organization is hunting them.
