Japanese rock band BLUE ENCOUNT has released a special collaboration clip showcasing the opening theme song "gifted" for the Rising Impact anime on the Netflix Anime official YouTube channel. The video features highlights from Season 1 of the golf-themed anime as well as scenes from the newly launched Season 2, which began streaming on August 6. The clip beautifully reflects the lyrics of "gifted," capturing the essence of the anime's world and the characters' emotions.

Theme Song And Cover

The anime adaptation of Rising Impact, inspired by Nakaba Suzuki’s golf-themed manga series from The Seven Deadly Sins, premiered its first season on Netflix globally on June 22, with the second season debuting on August 6. Suzuki’s original Rising Impact manga was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from 1998 to 2002 and was collected into 17 tankobon volumes.

Story

Gawain, a lively elementary school student who lives with his grandfather, aspires to be the greatest golfer in the world. After encountering Kiria Nishino, a professional female golfer, and experiencing the thrill of the sport, Gawain relocates to Tokyo to pursue his dream of becoming the top professional golfer and takes up residence at Kiria’s home.
