The TV anime "Mecha Ude" is set to air on TOKYO MX and other channels starting October 3rd. It has also been revealed that Kappei Yamaguchi will be joining the cast as a new voice actor.

Yamaguchi takes on the role of Yakumo, the influential founder of the Kagami Group, who appears briefly in the series. Reflecting on his experience, Yamaguchi commented, “It’s been a while since the recording, and due to the conditions at the time, it was just Sugita and me in the studio. Playing a character of such significance, even if just once, was an honor. I had a great time and put my heart into the performance.”

The anime’s third key visual has been released, featuring main characters Hikaru, Alma, and others locked in an intense battle. The visual also highlights Yakumo alongside his older brother, Tsukihito, whose voice actor remains undisclosed.
